Housefolk: a kittypet's word for its humans

Leaf-fall: fall/autumn

Loner: cat that lives peacefully on its own in one place but does not defend it's territory

Monster: usually refers to human machines such as cars and bulldozers

Moonhigh: the time of night the moon is at it's highest: normally midnight.

Mouse-brained: not very smart

Mouse-dung: insult-- stronger than mouse brain but less offensive than fox-dung

Nofurs: a loner's word for humans

Moon- A month (can be said "it's been a moon" "it's been three moons ever since___"

Half-Moon: 2 weeks

Quarter-Moon: 1 week

Rogue: A potentially hostile cat who lives outside the Clans and never spends too long in one place

Sharing tongues: a term used to describe cats grooming each other

Silverpelt: the night sky

Sun-drown-place: sea to the west, where the sun sets

Sunhigh: Noon

Thunderpath: A road which is in Thunderclan territory with "monsters" crossing

Tree-eater: bulldozer

Twoleg nest: a human house

Twolegplace: a human town

Twolegs: the Clan's word for humans

Upwalkers: a wild cat's word for humans

Whitecough: a mild chest infection

Bile: Vomit

Silverpath: Traintracks

Fox Length: about the length of a fox, so about a meter or so

Tail Length: about the length of a tail, so about a foot

Mouse Length: about the length of mouse, so about a couple inches
